Kazimierz Sosnkowski (1885-1969), Polish Army general, politician, independence activist. Since 1905, he was a member of the Polish Socialist Party (PPS) and the Military Organization of the PPS (ABOUT the PPS), commander of the PPS in the Warsaw region, then in the Radom and Zaglenby counties.

After the defeat in September, he went to France. In October 1939, he was appointed by President V. Rachkevich as his successor and appointed chairman of the Committee of Ministers of the country and minister without portfolio in the government of General V. Sikorsky.
