Delhi Government Launches Free Coaching Scheme for JEE, NEET, CLAT, CA Foundation & CUET Aspirants

Great news for students of Delhi government schools! If you dream of cracking major competitive exams like JEE Main, JEE Advanced, NEET, CLAT, CA Foundation, or CUET (UG), the Delhi government’s latest initiative could be your stepping stone to success.

The Directorate of Education has introduced an ambitious scheme called “Common Entrance Test (CET-2025)” that offers free coaching and study support to government school students. Here’s everything you need to know about eligibility, registration dates, exam pattern, and how to apply.

What is CET-2025?

CET-2025 is a flagship initiative of the Delhi government that aims to provide equal learning opportunities for students who want to prepare for top competitive exams. A total of 2,200 seats are available for this scheme.

What’s special about this program is its focus on gender inclusivity — 50% of the seats in JEE, NEET, CLAT, and CA Foundation courses, and 150 seats in CUET preparation, are reserved exclusively for girl students.

Who Can Apply?

Eligibility is simple:

Class 11 Students – Can apply for JEE, NEET, CLAT, or CA Foundation coaching.
Class 12 Students (All Streams) – Can apply for CUET (UG) coaching.

🔑 Important: Each student can apply for only one course. Once registered, you cannot change your course preference.

Selection Process

To get selected, students must clear an entrance test, which will be conducted between October 12 and October 26, 2025 across Delhi government schools.

Admit Card: Available two days before the exam.
Exam Centre & Roll Number: Will be shared five days before the exam.
Counseling Round: Successful candidates will be invited for counseling to choose their preferred coaching institute.

How to Register for CET-2025

The registration process is 100% online. Here’s what you need to do:

Visit the Delhi Directorate of Education website.
Fill in the online registration form carefully.
Double-check your details – incorrect information may lead to cancellation of your application.
Deadline: Register before September 30, 2025.
