ICSE Announces Exam Results

On July 10, the Council for Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) announced the results of class exams 10 and 12, when it decided not to publish a list of merits this year due to “Exceptional circumstances”. CISCE had to cancel its current exams due to the increase in Covid-19 cases.

  • The results were calculated based on another evaluation scheme decided by him.
  • According to the announced results, a total of 2,065,525 candidates passed the Class 10 exams, known as the Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE), while 1,377 candidates failed.
  • Class 12 exams, called the Indian School Certificate (ISC) exam, were validated by 85,611 candidates, while 2,798 students failed.

  • Meanwhile, a total blockade will be imposed in Pune, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra and in some rural areas of the district from July 13 to 23, against the background of a sharp increase in coronavirus cases. Pune reported a record 1,803 new infections on Friday.
