
COVID Times: The number of positive cases reported in India stands at 39504with 1320 fatalities. On Saturday India recorded its biggest single day jump with 2,411 COVID-19 cases being reported. The armed forces have made elaborate arrangements to conduct aerial overflights, light ships at sea and spray flower petals on Sunday in various hospitals across the country to express their gratitude to thousands of doctors, paramedics and medical personnel and other front line workers engaged in the fight against the pandemic.Special trains and buses continued to ply to take lakhs of migrant workers and students to their native places.However, Assam residents stranded in Sikkim will not be allowed to enter the state as they will have to come through West Bengal.
